About Yelena Brambila, PA

Yelena Brambila, PA, is a certified physician assistant providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a primary care physician assistant, Ms. Brambila provides care to people of all ages and has experience in family medicine and urgent care. She is passionate about providing preventive care and has a special interest in diabetes education.

Ms. Brambila earned her master's degree in physician assistant studies at Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, Calif. and her bachelor's degree in health sciences with an emphasis in public health at San Diego State University. She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the California Academy of Physician Assistants.

In her free time, Ms. Brambila enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, backpacking, skiing and ice skating. In addition to English, she is fluent in Russian.
