Bridget Ross, FNP

Bridget Ross, FNP, is a certified family nurse practitioner providing primary care through Perlman Clinic, an independent practice with clinic offices throughout San Diego. She is a member of the UC San Diego Health Physician Network.

UC San Diego Health Physician Network is an alliance of health care providers based in San Diego, Riverside and Imperial counties. Members of the network collaborate on developing shared systems, infrastructure and quality initiatives to provide high-value health care in the region.

As a family nurse practitioner, Ms. Ross takes care of the primary and urgent care needs of people of all ages. She enjoys primary care because there are opportunities to see a myriad of medical issues. Ms. Ross takes a special interest in preventive medicine and chronic medical care management. She likes meeting and interacting with patients, getting to know them on a personal level and being an advocate for patients and their health.

Ms. Ross earned her master's degree in nursing from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, N.Y. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.

Outside of work, Ms. Ross enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and two rescue dogs. She likes sailing, surfing, ocean swimming, running on the beach and lazy days spent reading a good book and listening to the ocean waves crash.
